What is Rearrange PDF Pages?
Rearrange PDF Pages lets you change the page order of a PDF by dragging thumbnail previews into the sequence you want. Scanners frequently feed pages out of order, multi-part reports get assembled backwards, and double-sided scans interleave odd and even pages — this tool fixes all of that without touching a word of the text. The result is a brand-new PDF with your pages in the exact order you arranged, ready to share or print.
How to use
- Upload your PDF — the tool renders every page as a numbered thumbnail in a visual grid.
- Drag any thumbnail and drop it at the new position; page numbers update live so you can see the final sequence.
- While arranging, you can also drop pages you don't need onto the delete area to cut them from the document.
- Press save to generate the reordered PDF, then download it to your device.

Will reordering pages degrade text or image quality?
No. Reordering only changes the sequence in which pages are stored inside the file — the content of each page is copied over untouched, so fonts, images, and vector graphics stay exactly as sharp as the original.
Can I rotate or delete pages while rearranging?
Yes. The thumbnail workspace doubles as a light page manager: alongside dragging pages into order, you can remove unwanted pages and fix sideways pages in the same session before generating the final file.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can rearrange?
The grid handles large documents comfortably — even 200-page reports render as thumbnails you can drag. For very large files the initial thumbnail generation may take a few extra seconds in your browser.
What happens to my uploaded file afterwards?
Your document is processed in a secure session and removed from the server automatically once your download completes. Nothing is kept, shared, or used for any other purpose — and no account or software install is needed.
