Pro Terms & Conditions Generator
Generate highly customized, attorney-grade Terms of Service with Live Preview.
Draft terms of service that match how your site works
Terms and conditions set the rules between you and the people who use your website: what they may do, what you are responsible for and which law applies if there is a dispute. This generator builds a draft from your business type and a few switches, and rewrites the preview as you change any field.
Building your terms
- In 1. Business Info, enter the Company/Website Name, Website URL, Country and State/Province.
- In 2. Business Model, choose what describes your platform: SaaS / Software / App, E-Commerce / Online Store, Blog / Informational Content, or Community / Social / Forum.
- In 3. Advanced Clauses, toggle User Accounts, Subscriptions & Billing, Intellectual Property, Arbitration (No Class Action) and Third-Party Links Disclaimer.
- Review the Live Document Preview. Copy the text with the icon button, or use HTML to download terms_conditions.html.
What each choice adds
- E-Commerce inserts a Products and Orders section allowing you to cancel orders for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
- Forum inserts a User-Generated Content section about moderation of comments.
- SaaS always includes the subscription and billing section, even if that toggle is off. The other types include it only when the toggle is on.
- Arbitration adds a dispute-resolution section with an arbitration and class-action waiver in capital letters. It is off by default because it is a significant clause.
The introduction, limitation of liability, governing law (built from your state and country) and contact sections always appear, and sections are numbered automatically based on what is included.
Typical scenarios
- A startup launching a web app that charges monthly fees.
- An online store that needs order and cancellation wording before going live.
- A community site that hosts member comments and wants moderation rights stated.
- A blog that links out to partners and wants a third-party disclaimer.
Points to check
This is boilerplate, not legal advice. The liability section caps liability at the amount paid or 100 USD, and the subscription clause says fees are non-refundable except where the law requires refunds. Change these if they do not reflect your policies. Some jurisdictions restrict or refuse to enforce arbitration and liability waivers against consumers, so take advice before enabling them. Contact details are just the site URL, so add an email address or form if you want one. The document is generated in your browser.
